Look for hints of the Japanese aesthetic, which includes but is not limited to: Asymmetry, a respectful nod to the natural world, refined craftsmanship,“wabi” (transient and stark beauty), “sabi" (the beauty of natural patina and aging), and “yūgen” (profound grace and subtlety).
