HOMEWORK: 
  • THIS WEEK: Please note, because of a school calendar change, May 31st is now an ODD day, which means that the Semester 2 project due date will be moved to June 2nd instead. Related to that, progress check #3 has been moved from May 13th to May 20th
    • Review the Semester 2 project assignment information carefully, including the Big Art History article; continue to generate ideas about the connections that you will be making through your post as you answer the selected question from the textbook or one that you have modified/developed on your own.
    • DUE FRIDAY (before class): 1) Review the "Exploring Architecture" album, which was posted on the Facebook group.  2) Select a minimum of 3 photos to which you will answer a question or add a comment to illustrate your recollection of what you learned, reviewed, found interesting, are curious about, etc. Feel free to upload your own photos or to supplement previous comments with additional info. or resources in order to strengthen the conversation.
  • LOOKING AHEAD:
    • DUE MAY 20 = Semester 2 project check #3
    • DUE JUNE 2  = Semester 2 Project 

HAPPENINGS:​
  • AP testing continues this week
  • TUESDAY - Art Club/NAHS - Important meeting for those interested in applying for NAHS or looking to run for office
  • SOL Tests with extended 1st block schedule starts May 16th
    • May 17th - Field trip to the Branch Museum of Architecture and Design AND the VMFA (extended SOL schedule, 2nd period only) 
  • May 20th -  Interim
  • May 24th - LAST Art Club/NAHS ​
